This is Paradise
The Banana River and Indian River Lagoons form one of North America’s most diverse estuaries along Florida’s Space Coast. Calm, shallow waters and expansive seagrass beds create vital habitat for Atlantic bottlenose dolphins and the Florida manatee, which feed, rest and play in these protected areas year-round.
Mangrove shorelines, oyster bars, and tidal flats support abundant fish and invertebrates that attract wading birds such as herons, egrets, roseate spoonbills, and brown pelicans, along with ospreys and bald eagles overhead.
You never know what you'll see.
The lagoons serve as a nursery for marine life and a refuge for migrating birds, offering visitors exceptional wildlife viewing and a peaceful natural environment.
