Captain Craig Bell is Florida-born and has spent more than 45 years on the water, exploring the rivers, lagoons, and coastal waters that make the Space Coast so unique. With deep roots in Brevard County and Cocoa Beach, Captain Craig brings unmatched local knowledge of the area’s marine life, waterways, and ecosystems.

Our Boat
Utopia Charters operates a 26-foot Andros Tarpon 26, a smooth, stable vessel designed for both comfort and performance. The boat comfortably carries up to six passengers, making it ideal for private charters, family outings, eco-tours, and small group experiences.
Spacious, safe, and well-equipped, it provides the perfect platform for exploring the waters around Cocoa Beach and the Indian River Lagoon.
Our Captain Loves to Teach
In addition to his decades on the water, Captain Craig spent 25 years as an educator. That background naturally carries into every charter. He enjoys sharing insights about Florida’s wildlife, coastal habitats, and aquatic ecosystems, making each trip both enjoyable and informative.
